  • Mandriva/Mandrake might be older than you...

  • Tech has become 90% things no one asked for and I hate it

  • The KPMG report, initially flagged by the Register, surveyed 2,145 senior execs across 20 countries, finding that an astonishing 29 percent of them had no idea where the growing costs associated with AI were coming from.

    They're just dumb assholes

  • That will definitely help with the fact that most of your customers fucking hate all of your products!

  • Why did you release alpha 6.0.6 then 6.0.1 beta? And how are you on 6.x for an unreleased hobby project started this year anyway? And why are they in different repositories?

  • Anecdotally, I'm seeing a lot of bot traffic masquerading with a macOS user agent

  • I'm done trying to convince you that no one is saying that and you're just looking for an excuse to be offended bud. Bye

I guess Europeans don't give a shit about the giant corporations though. They just expect us and our pets to die.

    Bro what

  • The disk is still encrypted even when turned on, it's just transparently decrypted when read. I doubt Ente is any different - you store images encrypted on disk, decrypt them to be able to read them as an image, then send it re-encrypted over HTTPS.

  • Yep, and Americans answering with "we're ok because we have AC" is a Don't Look Up moment
