  • I've been in a similar situation and believe you. Still don't say it until you're dating, there are plenty of good people who will be scared if you say it too soon.

  • Even if OP understands their own feelings and does love this person they do know, it's still a bad idea to say that now.

  • Complaining about elections is, after all, a January 6th thing to do.

  • Those elections didn't matter because they were in the past. This election and only this election is the most important one of our lifetimes. If you can secure nothing over something bad, then after this Democratic win then we'll have time to start organizing for real.

You aren't already organizing? That's a you problem. I organize all the time. I'm just here on the internet telling you how to vote right now.

Also they couldn't have done anything because they never had a super majority with the president and the entire Supreme Court. They can't even deny budgets, we need some of our money back!

  • Who is more foolish, the fool, or the fool who follows?

  • Enough to secede?

  • If Tucker backed up his claims with proof, then you wouldn't need to trust his motives.

  • We already have that party. He wants one that's even farther right than the Republicans.

    • Most Americans want manufacturing to come back to America.
    • Most Americans do not want to work at a factory.

These facts don't conflict. Americans want automation. The problem has always been who gets most of its benefit.

  • I might be assuming too much of what you meant by oligarchic.

  • I would've updated my resume once the first covid vaccine came out.

  • You may want to block a few communities, my friend.

  • You're describing a Laffer Curve. Nowhere in the USA is anywhere close to those diminishing returns.

  • Why do we think they're less oligarchic? It's a classic principal-agent problem. Representatives are generally for sale.

  • How'd that work out for Canada?

  • I wouldn't even know what to Google, though. The feature is that it accepts a vague and borderline useless input.

  • I haven't realized it yet. I sometimes find myself able to describe what I want a program to do, but don't know which libraries to use.

  • Only if you don't tell the boss
