  • My time also has a price…downloading movies, finding the right subtitle files, managing a VPN, managing the hardware/software on the NAS, etc. I choose to spend my valuable time on that stuff but I can totally see how lots of people say “fuck it” and just pay the monthly streaming fees.

  • So, donating to presidents for their inauguration is not new, what is new is these oligarchs in particular did not seem to donate to Biden in 2020. If you’re being generous you might argue that’s because of the pandemic making the 2020 inauguration less of an event, but still plenty of other people donated.
