  • i can assure you that the majority of regular posters on femcelmemes are in fact women, and many of the regular commenters as well. this is in part because of the wonderful dedicated group of posters who keep the vibe immaculate, and if it werent for femcelmemes, myself, and many other women would be much less active on lemmy.

  • i mostly agreed untill i saw those z folding screens that can unfold to tablet full tablet size with a perfectly usable experience as a phone, its expensive as heck, but if i bought a flagship phone and a tablet, it would probobaly cost as much.

  • all porn is made assuming a male viewer, so it appeals to males, maybe if females had porn made for they then they would be more interested, have you ever seen ladies reading sexy romance novels? they are the target audience of those and they seem popular enough

  • this is dumb, you still have to parse info either method of interacting with the site, its just slightly diffrent, some people can just filter out info they care less about a little better. if anything has to do with the so called divide between generations (i always call bullshit on this, people are far to complex to be put in these boxes) it may have to do with how people first started interacting with the internet. people who have been interacting with the internet for longer may be more accustomed to the fourm style of website, where as people who started using the internet on their phone may be more accustomed to the app style layout. it mostly boils down to learned ways of interacting in online spaces, not how old you are in my opinion.
