    We make enterprise software and I am happy really. I wasn’t at the start but as time goes on I don’t care, I do my job and go home.

    In English when deciding whether to use a or an you should look at the start of the following word and if it starts with a vowel sound then use an else use a.

    Examples:

    • An apple
    • An hour (note doesn’t start with a vowel but sounds like a vowel)
    • A goat
    • A criminal offence

    You’re right though as I do the same and just wallow and then you just go lower and lower.

    Like I don’t feel like I’m living for a purpose and more I’m occupying time until the end and keeping myself busy. Maybe that’s just life though.

  • Luckily I now do 2 days in the office but I have a drive commute of around 90 mins each way and maybe 75 mins in school holidays. For around 9 months without a cat I was taking the tram and train with a walk either end which took around 120-150 mins each way

    I could not tolerate that full time but I’ve no doubt many people do.
