  • Listen, we have "engagement", why not call this type of of content "enragement"?

  • If you were wondering what societal collapse looks like, this is it.

  • The way I do it, is not to stress about keeping up a posting schedule. I just keep posting interesting stuff I find in the community and eventually more people gather. It's how I started /r/piracy

  • One dedicated person is sometimes all it takes to Kickstart a community. Every lemmy comm or their subreddit ancestors started the same way

  • (This is a facetious question)

At least we agree on your assholery then.

  • Wow, are you always this much of an asshole when people ask you questions?

  • Why would stronger Jaws prevent teeth decay?

  • Similar. I don't eat low carbs, just almost no bread, and my teeth never get cavities

  • Ye, generally I would only use njalla for discardable services and domains.

  • Ye, going for extreme privacy like this has these kind of downsides.

  • Wait, if they suspended your domain, can you even transfer it away? if not, that's really fucking scary.

I don't have good interaction with them either, but nothing as bad. I used one of their VPS to hold the reverse proxy for my lemmy instance like a year ago. Randomly it went down and the support was non-existent. Eventually it came back on its own after some days but I had already moved everything away from them

  • How any times do they have to learn the same lesson?

  • Everything had spam problems 😅

  • Don't pretend we can't see Poland on the right half of Czechia!

  • as an instance? lemmy.dbzer0.com. I'm an ancom and used to be top mod of /r/anarchism for years. For communities we run /c/anarchism and /c/flippanarchy

  • Actually we're not an explicit piracy instance. We just run the piracy comm but I never planned it to primarily about piracy.

  • Browsers and the internet protocols were pretty sweet, man
