  • It actually shouldn't be all that problematic, money I put into its business account, from say my paycheck, is not seen as revenue. As long as the maths maths (e.g. I put 1000$ into it for the year from my paycheck, spent 800$ in infrastructure and still have 200$ in the account = all good (hopefully))

  • That's more complicated and more costly, I'm still researching it, but so far from my current understanding when the time comes I should be able to either convert or "transfer" the LLC to a non-profit corporation later

  • Doubtful, the "Exclude from taste profile" thing is actually rather new, it wasn't there before because I've looked for something like it before.

    I have a playlist dedicated to archiving the "Discover Weekly" for when I get around to it and it always screwed with the "taste profile" until recently when I noticed there was now that exclude option. Though I don't know when it actually rolled out lol

  • I got one of those automated feeders and flashed it with custom ESP32 firmware so I could tie it in with HomeAssistant and get fancy notifications when it fails to dispense food or it runs out or whatever.

    Ofc it also provides a way for me to manually trigger the food dispensal routine, so now I can get scammed from anywhere in the house!

  • Taking a quick look it looks like these coolant changes are between 50k and 100k or every 5-10 years, that's still LOADS better than every 6-10k miles or every couple of months lol

  • Oh it is, but I still get notified ahead of time jic, especially since we're (mostly) remote, so there's no security approaching their desk if the network glitches and misses locking them out of Windows or some shit lol

  • I haven't bought an EV yet myself because I'm not buying a new car until my current one kicks the bucket, but don't they have that "quick charge" feature similar to phones where if the battery is low it can get to "good enough to get you to work and back" in like 5 minutes?

    I just can't wait to not have to worry about oil changes or "odd engine sounds" anymore lol
