  • I've watched that video so many times, I don't want to do it again, but I'm pretty sure this is accurate. Grey coat removes the gun from Alex, and as he's walking away there's a muzzle flash and the first shot can be heard. Then the rest of the shots all come a second or so later. The angle from the street where you can see Grey coat run away has the clearest view of it.

    Oh and it wasn't an accident. Motherfucker had gun training, he put his finger inside the trigger guard, he intended to discharge that weapon. You don't get an oopsie poopsie for that.

    You and most everyone around you has unconscious bias against non-white people because of the world you grew up in. So we tip the scale, not against those of higher merit, but against those whose only higher merit is their skin color. Then, once you start seeing a world where everyone contributes and all talents are seen, then we can talk about whether or not the scale tipped too far.

    If you're feeling insecure about your place in the world, join a union or a collective help network. Helping others gives others incentives to help you. It's like networking, but not purely selfish, so it's more fun!
