I would give the cat more time then. 2 weeks is rarely enough time for a cat to get used to its new environment. When I got my first cat he lived under my bed for at least 2 weeks.
A lot of farmers are learning how they work cause the companies that sell them the equipment keep fucking them over. I would argue that farmers nowadays needs to know how that works along with basic programming to get past the anti-consumer bullshit companies put in to make it nigh impossible to fix things yourself.
Those things aren't connected to the internet, so I actually would trust that thing in my house. They just compare the closed caption text against of list of no-no words and swap them with a family friendly version. The early versions didn't give a shit about context so sometimes it would make no sense. No idea if the newer ones have fixed that. Why an adult with no kids wants that is certainly something.
Hell yes we need to open source stuff like this. Looking at the video it looks like it replaces the muscle used to move the top two parts of the digit (flange?) with a simple spring which is such a simple and elegant design. I wonder if there's issues with the spring "biting" skin/hair.
