  • "I just haven't knocked on anyone's door in New York City and they've said their concern is that the mayor makes too little," Mamdani said.

  • Taco Bell blew the whistle on their own supplier (who supplies produce to many other restaurants) and pulled the suspected products from their stores immediately, before the government did anything.

Good guy Taco Bell, you have never given me diarrhea and they will never make me hate you.

  • Optimal crop tables in Stardew Valley.

  • See my other comment where I call out my fellow white males to use our privilege and volunteer to escort people to polling places.

  • Ope, too bad nobody was listening when you said that!

  • Then do your part and sign up to be an election judge. Nobody who is a poll worker has ever said that an election was stolen.

  • Y'all must be mistaken.

  • It's not gonna stop me, is it gonna stop you?

  • I think the national guardsmen will take the side of whatever the courts and/or their home states decide, which is exactly what happened with them after their deployments last year.

I think it's a possibility that ICE could be hanging around polling places, but there are far too few of them and far too many polling places for it to be a meaningful difference.

My advice is to organize. Be a poll worker. Volunteer to escort people to the polls, especially if you're a white male. Use your privilege for good. It has to be too big to rig.

  • States run their own elections. They can and will simply ignore whatever nonsense he says.

  • The guy literally had a google history asking how to make his Tesla go faster

  • This reminds me. You often hear it said "history is written by the victors," and while there's truth to that, I much prefer "history is written by those who wrote it down."

Because writing was, for most of history, an expensive and time-consuming process that only a few had access to, there are some big implications from that. One of which being that nobody was very inclined to write down the mundane day-to-day because it just wasn't worth it and few had any interest in preserving it.

  • There is a lot more peaceful trade and cooperation in history than war, but because war is so disruptive and notable it makes the history books.

  • Squid Game was massively popular in the US my dude.

We have many tag games here, as well as red light green light. But it's irrelevant because understanding squid game isn't hard, and it's not even important to the plot.

  • It's not air, my dude. You or I could just choose to live without YouTube instead of feeling like we're entitled to it for free. My money goes directly to the creators, to each and every one of them, when I watch their videos. Are you subscribing to all your creators' patreons or making one-time donations each time you watch their videos?

A luxury product exists for a certain cost, that cost is negligible to me, I pay it and enjoy the product.

  • It is, but it also has powdered cellulose to prevent caking.

  • Good on a weeknight spaghetti, bad for parmesan crisps.

  • Oh yeah, sorry if I wasn't clear. The stink was intense but when I tried it I didn't hate it lol.

  • I buy two whenever I go. When I get home I break them down, we have two of the leg quarters for dinner, freeze the other two leg quarters for a future dinner, pull off and shred the white meat to freeze for various future uses, then the carcasses get thrown into the pressure cooker with some aromatics for homemade stock.

And a nice little eight piece wings for a chef snack.
