I suspect she may have found it important enough for a wider audience to see. Same with Yoko. The general public is so uninformed on the matter that I guess she felt it was her duty.

I mean, good for him if that's the case, maybe it's some sort of testosterone or some other hormone therapy that leads to it as others have suggested (a la Rogan, I don't know his relationship with alcohol either, aside from seeing a bit of "Sober October" in what feels like a decade ago)
