Been there, done that, and I even was experienced. I say ~2.5g is a nice dose for me that goes beyond the warm giggly buzz of <1g without losing my mind (not in the fun way).
Edit: I don't want to scare anyone. I'm neurodivergent and was (am) on mental health drugs and should have known better than to take 5g.
