I don't know the status of other "bedrock" distributions, but I expect that for all Linux (and BSD) systems that don't have to support a proprietary time-32 program, everything will be time-64 with nearly a decade to spare.
I don't know about other people, but I tend to drift toward doing things that are fun, comfortable, and familiar, unless I do some "internal parenting". Even if they found a way to make redistributing their wealth fun, they are shaped by capitalism even more than myself, so I doubt they'd find it comfortable or familiar.
That's how I understand it.
I'm going to get comfortable and familiar with community investment of my own resources well before I reach 1B, by intention.
"Kill all billionaires" isn't a genocidal statement, since it's not based on genetics, language, or culture.
I think it's a bad plan, but we shouldn't conflate genocide with mere mass murderous intent. (Also, "all billionaires" is only like 10k people at most, so it would be a very small mass murder compared to most genocides.)
I understand why Queen B or T Swift aren't doing it, but the only moral activity (beyond survival tasks) that a "good billionaire" can be engaged in is redistributing their wealth to marginalized workers.

That rate seems high. But, I have done post-mortems on a bad developer's run at a company, and found they did very nearly nothing. No commits, no issues opened or closed, some comments, but that was almost their entire digital footprint.
Most developers I've worked with are obviously not doing nothing, though some of us (including myself) get stuck doing a lot of work on a project that never makes it into production due to shifting priorities.
It's all I have for proper threading. I won't forgive Reddit for how they treated me and my communities. But, if you are willing to use Reddit, I'm sure it's going the have user advantage (and because of that niche interest advantage) for quite a while. I hope it serves your needs and brings you joy.
You might try building a community here, but that is the "slow boring of hard wood" and it can be difficult to find joy in, especially at first.
We use it as medicine for our dog. And, if you have parasites, it's good in human doses. I think it can also be given prophylactically. I haven't seen any evidence it should be used to treat any virus, respiratory or other.
Individual politicians and political parties routinely use count a vote as approval. In that way, if no other, voting does serve to support the existing system.
But, even if you believe there must be revolution and the current system CANNOT be reformed, voting is still harm reduction, unless revolution will happen before the results of the election can influence the system.
At very least there's an OCX for InteractiveHtmlView or some stuff. It's how South Korean banks apps run. I think even the EU-specific "unbundled IE" versions still have that ActiveX / OLE control registered, though it might be crippled.
On my phone? All the damn time, since I use a lot of jargon and shorthand that it doesn't understand, as well as a few neologisms. But, I'm a much worse typist on my phone.
On my Linux desktop or $dayjob's Windows laptop? Almost never, as it is much less aggressive about replacing what I typed.
Although, he admits in the video to "faking" his footage of it working, by using a off-camera heat source. (His batteries were quite dead.)
But, as someone that lived through this time, they did work, as long as you pressed hard enough in the right places. It was hard to tell if the battery was dead or if you weren't pressing hard enough
