I’m slowly trying to convert myself to metric. Temperature is a hard one for me because it’s so ingrained in my psyche.
Length is easier. 440mm is much easier than 17 21/64 in. Plus all the CAD software I use is easy to switch to metric. Weight isn’t hard either since most of the maker things I use (filament/resin) are in metric. My doctor’s office even weighs me in kg thinking they can sneak it by me. I know what 92.4kg is you cheeky bastards.
Trump has terrible choices because he and his entire administration are shit at actually strategizing anything. They have an attention span of a gnat, don’t listen to experts, and don’t have an ounce of empathy in their tiny heads. For fuck sake, Hegseth thinks the best soldiers have lots of testosterone like some ‘roided out monkey. Of course all he has are terrible choices. It’s because he’s a moron.
Most of the people I went to high school with I don’t give two shits about. Maybe 3-4 of them do I care about. I don’t need a reunion for them. Hell like me they wouldn’t go anyway. In my opinion, reunions are either for people who peaked in high school and wanna relive that adoration or want to brag about their life to people who looked down on them in high school. I didn’t peak in high school nor would I want to brag to people I don’t care about their opinions.
I guess you could just want to see how people turned out is another option. Maybe I’d like to verify a few bullies that I’d bet died of alcoholism in their 40s.
Yeah I thought steganography was hiding messages in images.
Ok I just looked it up, apparently it can be anything. Images, audio, video, or even text.
I remember I had this Perl module once that would convert passwords into a binary string and then convert that string into spaces and tabs. Looked like a blank file. I guess that was technically steganography.
Totally agree. Well except for the when part. I’d say it’s more realistically if. I still expect these asshats to do something drastic and the best response is a strongly worded letter.
