I'm pretty sure I existed. I was bitter, angry at women while at the same time longing for their attention. I was jealous of other men and had the impression that was the only nice and worthy man and women where stupid to chose other men. I think that's pretty much the same mindset as "the modern version". Also the book "The Game" by Neil Strauss, about pickup artists was released around the same time.
What exactly do you mean with "modern version"? I'm also not sure which murders you are referring to.
I think I understand you now. I could also never be a cuck. However, when I stumble upon this kind of porn, I don't have this feeling of disgust. I think it's because I don't identify with the cuck the same way as you do. Unless I made the video myself (I don't make videos) all characters in porn movies are strangers to me. I like women and if the porn movie has a women that attracts me she'll (because it's a movie) always have sex with someone else, not me. So it wouldn't make sense for me to feel jealous or hurt because of it. If there's a cuck in such a video it's just another dude in my view and him being mentally tormented is just an idea or symbol of her absolute power over men. However, in real life I wouldn't want to be in this kind of situation, especially not with someone I deeply care about. It's weird and so is my mind.
It's not my cup of tea either but I guess it's about mental domination. Like an "ultimate" form of teasing. The cuck longs for the dom but is completely disregarded and instead someone else gets the doms attention and pleasure. So I think it's a bit like tease and denial.
I like LLMs even with their (big and inherent) flaws.
However, I also don't like it to be sprinkled everywhere. I want affordable smaller LLMs that run locally on my own hardware. RAM prices right now make that financially impossible for me.
That way I'm the one who has to deal with the flaws (even more with smaller LLMs) and the energy prices but on the other hand it's private and I have sovereignty. Nobody can turn off features or change the model or increase subscription prices or change the API or steal my data.
I remember home computer and PC games coming in big boxes full of goodies. Especially RPGs often had a poster sized map, a story book, a monster guide and a manual. Also the copy protection often was a physical device like this rotating pirate head thing in Monkey Island, the manual itself or a card that was difficult to copy and could only be read with the included filter glasses.
I didn't like Odyssey but I very much doubt Musk can make a better version.
What I didn't like had nothing to do with the characters. It was more that all the man eaters looked like video game template characters, in the battle of Troy everything exploded and burnt, there was a lot of light inside of the Trojan horse and Ithaka looked run down. I don't mean run down because of all the "guests", I man it really looks several thousand years older than it was at the time.
The boat scenes, the initial appearance of the Cyclops and the transformation by the witch looked really cool though.
Hot, I guess
