This is kinda like how Tesla is a bigger company than other car companies combined by market cap but has a paltry market percentage and amount of cars sold.
Market caps and valuations run purely on vibes and have for some time now.

In my recent usage of LLMs I've come to think of them as a type of eye-poppingly expensive, inefficient interpreter.
Losing a lot of the bullshit could make them efficient and inexpensive. To an extent, that's what Anthropic has already been doing by making models that are mostly code focused.
My boss was talking about using AI agents for CI/CD processes. Like, I get using them to build CI/CD processes, but involving AI agents in the actual build process is ridiculously stupid. A representative from Microsoft specifically said in a training session to not use them that way so it's obviously not only my stupid ass boss.

I was thinking retail investors --- whether individually or through an index fund --- covered both. If you have any control over your retirement funds though, you can use that control to get out of the stock market if you want. So it isn't anyone with a retirement fund, just nearly anyone with a retirement fund.
