Yeah another contender of 'fantastic show that produces an absurd ending that kind of ruins it'. But it was a wild ride the whole time, and I enjoyed it.
In Battlestar Galactica, humanity has fled earth after a hostile takeover by AI. On their last remaining ark fleeing to a habitable planet are Cylons, AI disguised as humans, some not even aware they ARE cylons. Fantastic show.
Maybe we don't need to make concessions on behalf of fucking Hitler when we're dealing with the actual return of fascism on a world scale. A real 'read the room' kind of thing.
The movie isn't for everyone even if you agree with its message. It's a really dry satire. I enjoyed it because the movie made me feel like I was going crazy as I watched it, and that feeling has stuck with me.
Is it insanity? What egregious win did a trans kid have that defiled the sanctity of organized sport? Or is it all media outrage being used to distract us from realizing everyone with a 7-digit-or-less bank account all fundamentally want the same thing, which is at odds with those with more?
It's a movie, it doesn't need to be "useful". Some people were entertained, some people were emotionally affected. It was successful art. And we're still talking about it.
Well, if mod actions are reported to admins, they already do a review on the mod, I imagine. So in this case, this post should lead to a mod review, right? Not sure if OP had already gone through official channels. I personally haven't had to look into this topic before.
So I guess, if admins see that a mod is removing factual information to fit their agenda, that should be grounds for removal. Wikipedia has robust moderation and certainly couldn't be considered misinformation.
Removal of misinformation should require a mod discussion/panel review. Sources can be deemed to be misinformation by a mod majority vote and the list they maintain should be public.
