  • How can this guy be so god damn stupid and yet get away with EVERYTHING?

  • That’s probably going to hurt him in the polls

  • He may not have the product vision or salesmanship of Jobs, but he’s a logistics genius and was a MAJOR part of saving Apple when he came on. I’m reading the book “Apple in China”, and he was very responsible for Apple’s incredible supply chain and the fact that Apple, itself, holds relatively little inventory with the exception of its stores.

The company has grown exponentially under Cook. The problem is that there hasn’t really been an awe inspiring new product developed fully under him.

  • Microsoft is a very large lumbering giant that seems to lack a cohesive vision forward, especially on the consumer front. Every single piece of consumer facing software lacks a cohesive design language, and seems to be regressing in usability. No one is truly primed to replace them yet in either the corporate or consumer businesses however, something like the MacBook Neo can certainly take a few points of market share away from the standard consumer

  • They may be the only company in this space as unfocused as xAI. They basically bought a podcast to use as a mouthpiece. It’s just dumb and anyone who would consider investing in this company as to doubt their leadership and decision making. What a waste of their money.

    Gives it away every time

  • Haven’t similar lawsuits been lost based on the precedent set by baseball cards and such?

  • These useless morons

  • The guy is still a doctor. His showed devolved quickly because there’s only so many ways to provide content for 5 days a week, but there has to be SOME part of him that knows the science and believes it.

  • They probably need to show investors that the money spent developing it is worth it. “We’ve added X amount of users this quarter alone!”

  • No one, and I mean no one, in NYC gives a shit what this guy thinks.

  • I’ve been thinking the same thing. The online tech community is a very small part of a much larger pie and they need to serve multiple audiences. As long as it can be turned off and truly be off, who cares?

  • Roach estimated he spent 20 or so hours on the suit, including arranging to have a summons served on Verizon and arguing his case in a court hearing. Roach didn’t get much of a payout considering the amount of time he spent, “but it wasn’t about that,” he said.

He did it himself and the ruling includes compensating for the costs associated with.

  • Man, this guy was on a mission and I respect it.

  • The brand took a hit but most of those morons shifted to Modelo and…well guess who owns Modelo? lol

  • The republicans are soft….but Bubba was so hard

  • Steam Machine is interesting. It feels like a solid time for someone to disrupt TV based gaming.

  • The deal also includes voting in December to extend the Affordable Care Act subsidies that Democrats have been fighting to preserve, according to the report.

Vote on it? They don’t control the House or Senate. They’ll lose it.

  • It was a big deal when it happened. Much of my family works in public education so there was definitely a big conversation about the administration’s lack of action.
