Ones I attended in working class neighborhoods had booths with mutual aid orgs, legal aid societies, unions reps and more. One in upper middle class neighborhood had nothing but mostly white boomers who seemed to be cosplaying a 60's protest. YMMV
Every application gets a tailored cover letter that highlights how my CV aligns with requirements from posting. CV does not change, it's not generic, it's my individual education, skills and experience. If you expect tailored resumes, you will have more unreasonable expectations once hired, glad to dodge that bullet.
