I actually usually admit if I'm wrong, but I think I don't if it's a thing where it's obvious I was wrong and the other party is holding it over my head. It's a character flaw but also I don't really know how to deal with that situation because admitting I'm wrong to a person doing that, in my mind, gives them permission to blame me for anything else adjacent to the situation, which is usually unfair.
There's also the phenomenon where if you say anything remotely negative online about a thing, people think you're the most enraged person ever, even if you're just mildly annoyed. A lot of assumptions are made on the Internet, that's for sure.
I don't know anything about the first or last items in this list, but I don't see anything else crazy on there. "Conspiracy theory" strictly would refer to any of your list when unproven, however if you look at the use of that term in reality, it's far more often used to describe an apeshit theory like the us government planning 9/11 or the earth being flat. Something like those, you need to ignore several obvious basic arguments against them to even entertain them.
