  • The company offering the AI is.

  • Did she stop giving him blowjobs?

  • While the article is a bust, Schumer really has the problem of not actually being opposition. He is more "Republican Light" than actually trying to save the nation from the NeoNazi Republicans and their Orange Führer.

  • The very idea of weave and tangle is that comment and code is (nearly) one. Just updating one makes no sense.

TeX and MetaFont are written in such a system, and you can read the TeX'ed source like a book.

  • I'm a bit confused here. I've used literate programming a lot, and used cweave and ctangle to create C and TeX sources from a single source file. Any iteration is done on the single original source, never on the intermediate C or TeX sources. Where does OP get into dissossiations between code source and document source?

  • I know the super trooper.

    Lights are gonna find me.

That little pause confused me as a kid, not knowing what a "super trooper light" or that a thing like that exists.

  • Good that I don't have to fly to get anywhere.

  • A whodunnit in Sandustry?

  • There were search engine before Google.

  • Here, a power outage is a rather rare occasion (three times in over 50 years ), so UPSs are things you see in companies, but not private houses.

  • Simplest method to check if the power outage is only your house, or the neighborhood, too:

Open the settings of your phone and check for available wifi networks. If it is empty, power is down elsewhere, too.

  • No issues with psychology here. My daughter just finished her master and got a job in the field at her first try. They pay for a number of additional qualifications (language, first aid, etc, which are required for this job) before she starts in September.

  • I've wrote my first pre-emptive multitasking OS as a teenager. I also wrote my first compiler back then. I've worked on everything from industrial controllers to a Cray YMP. And I've forgotten more programming languages than most hacker kids can list. I consider myself as a seasoned programmer.

  • Not only in code. Documentation for the end user (or at least halfway there, the final document is done by a separate department), is important, too.

There is a reason that my job description is "Embedded Systems Architect". But I see this complete packet as "programming".

  • An OS, a compiler, any complete application. Or at least significant parts of it. And I mean programming from A to Z: defining, detailing, implementing, verifying, documenting.

  • For me, that is all integrated part of "programming". You missed the documenting the code part, but i consider this as an oversight.

  • People watch ads?

  • "Code was never the hard part" is probably made up by someone who never had to program anything serious.

  • Jump
  • Probably with shared fake profiles, too.
