    Their plan is 2-fold.

    1. Get rid of mail-in ballots entirely, since it's largely used by Dem voters and they plan to disenfranchise them as much as possible.
    2. Eliminate the USPS so they can outsource it. This is the core of their smaller government bullshit. They don't want a smaller more efficient government, they want to shift it to the private sector for the sole purpose of getting richer. Government agencies work within a set budget and aren't there to turn a profit.
