  • I'm not a developer, so maybe I'm underestimating things, but these tools conceptually don't seem like a hard thing to make.

    Just a whitelist/blacklist of apps and similar for internet usage.

  • Good to know! I went back and forth about that, wondering if that was the rule. I picked this way in case the intent was to jokingly apply "courteous" to the man too.

  • I always used to laugh at the way they give instructions to the computer so conversationally, especially building holodeck programs. Like, "how did the computer know to create all these details and characters without being specifically instructed? Who programmed these pre-set commands so that the computer would understand?"

    Now, it's suddenly very realistic.

  • It still doesn't rule it out admittedly, but yeah, I think it's just a weird angle either way. I did some searching for "professor X finds someone in overturned car", and "James McAvoy wheelchair behind the scenes" to try to find the shot, but I haven't had any luck.

    edit: the smile does seem a bit perfect. It could even be a normal shot where someone just edited the expression. AI investigating is starting to feel like a losing battle.
