Man bankrupted casinos, he has failed upwards most of his life and I don't doubt he'd try some shit on CA and NY if he thought he could get away with it. It's not their economies stopping him, its knowledge he might have to face consrquences if he did something too excessive, and as his brain liquifies I find myself wondering how long before he thinks the odds are okay.
Hopefully this will get people to stop pretending Epic is the good guys against Google and Apple.
NGL I haven't heard a soul saying Epic is the good guys in any situation involving them. Randy tried to frame the game store as helping devs but a 12% cut for Epic instead of 30% and all the prices were still the same so as a consumer I didn't care... but the PC exclusives thing? Yea deffo didn't spark joy.
Got my catalytic converter stolen and they got the o2 sensors along with it. Thankfully my stepdad is a mechanic so instead of a grand for a fix it was 300. Not the best lead-in to the week of my birthday but I suppose it could be worse...
