We could also just go back to something like one rep per 100,000 population in a state, which would in turn make the house have 3,000 members. This sounds wild until you realize Parliament in the U.K. has 650 members... representing a population roughly 1/5 ours.

They get some images removed from imgur, the image host du juor of reddit at the time.
They go on the offensive and start harassing fat imgur workers.
The subreddit gets banned.
Under a year later, reddit puts in image uploading.
My theory is that 3 resulted in imgur hitting up reddit and threatening to block the site if they didn't reign in fatpeoplehate. Reddit did, by 4, because the alternative was no images and that would absolutely fuck reddit up. This in turn leads to 5 to prevent that powerplay again.
Banning everyone takes a bot, which is rate limited. Same with a trash flood.
Automod though, you can easily set to do things like remove all new comments and submissions, remove stuff on one report (which lets you use the argument no one really believes that you're letting the users have more control.), allow new submissions but lock every comment section, or allow only select users to post, whether based on karma, username, flair, etc.
If Vance gets absolutely demolished, which by all available evidence seems to be likely, Trump will clamor for another debate to try and fix things. If its middling, probably not.
