More concerned with the 22 then what he was doing at 17. I'm not against younger blood in leadership roles but you got to have done the job at least somewhat. If the guy was 35 or so and had been at it for a decade, that'd be a different beast. This feels like a nepo hire

Are you trying to tell me that pushing to re-elect a guy who was falling apart at the seams and currently has advanced cancer, who previously won by virtue of the other guy's approval rating being in the toilet... then replacing him with someone who would have been completely blown out in a primary at the last minute so she couldn't even mount a good campaign who then got hobbled by her PR team into not mounting any sort of attacks of any meaningful value... are you trying to tell me that they did something wrong???
I'm of the opinion that MLK Jr. was largely successful because folks saw the alternative was Malcolm X... and they still fought MLK Jr. tooth and nail.
