  • From my perspective, the issue isnt them brushing their teeth, bit that they aren't cleaning up after themselves.

  • Snort idea. Get there fast and get them down. If, as the article says, the most deaths happen in the first 120 seconds, then time is of the essence to stop them as quickly as possible.

Then again, they could just start feeding people properly and make guns harder to get. But since those are apparently not an option, I guess this is a "best of a bad situation" kind of deal.

  • Monoculture. I live in Canada, and it's pretty rare for a person, and especially a group, to have only one culture they draw from to firm their habits and identity. Even immigrants have their home and whatever mishmash of a culture their work ends up with. Its somewhat easy to tell travelers apart from residents by them having a discernible accent. If I can tell your accent is Irish, and not just some combination of Irish, British and Ukrainian, then your not here permanently.

  • Wall Warts

  • Adorable

  • I love this

  • Demons, from Imagine Dragons

Used to listen to it all the time back when I had depression, so it's very nostalgic for me.

Nowadays I mostly listen to it when I want to feel sad.

  • I agree, that does seem like a useful feature, though I hadn't thought of it before. Thanks for sharing the idea, hopefully someone important noticed.

  • What an odd question. I would, of course, become feral immediately and find a forest to live the rest of my days in.

  • Lemmy, and YouTube.

I used to subscribe to Morning Brew, but I got frustrated with the constant emails I needed to read everyday instead of only when I wanted to see the news.

I've heard good things about Ground News, but I can't afford to spend money on yet another subscription service.

  • Lol yup

  • Meal replacement bar

  • Librewolf. It does everything i need, and nothing i don't. It doesn't have bloatware or adware, and it respects my privacy. That's all I care about, besides that it can still do everything I need a browser to do.

  • Magpies, crows and ravens. Idk why, but to me they're adorable

  • Podcast Addict.

My only gripe is that it only works on mobile, so I can't have all my settings shared with my laptop. Otherwise, it's nearly flawless and the premium is cheap as hell.

  • Lol, i can't think of PoE as anything but Power over Ethernet.

  • I have a galaxy z fold 3. It worked great for the first couple years, then problems started cropping up. Right around when the warranty ended, the inner screen became nonfunctional and the screen on the front started fracturing. The outer screen is too narrow for a lot of apps, and the inner one is too large for most apps to adapt. I highly recommend staying away from these types of devices. Also, Samsung is proving to be an incredibly frustrating company. For my next phone Ill be getting one of those repairable open source phones and putting Gnome on it.

  • Huh, that's very insightful! I'll be using that on my own junk drawer

  • 35GB, $46.78, Canada - Saskatchewan I get unlimited textand calls, 5G networking, Caller display, and voicemail.
