This is/has been a test facility, not a large scale million-s tons a year thing. Because that's not yet possible, this is a step in a good direction. It's a tremendous advancement that can hopefully continue to be scaled up.
Cyberpunk 2077 meme. Solo is an independent mercenary hired to do dangerous jobs. Gonk is slang for punk. Eddies is slang for money. Strong solos with lots of cyberware could easily rip a normal person in half.
So you're in the camp of bad people don't exist inherently? I've talked to people who hold that opinion. I don't agree but I'm glad there is that kind of optimism out there.
Ideally you build your life around 50/30/20. 50 needs, 30 wants and 20 savings. I was more like 80/20/0 until I was 22. Then around 60/20/20 for a few years and now I'm at 30/40/30ish. Lucky to have made good financial decisions and starting early in a good career.
Mine was a guy I knew when I was 19-20ish. I worked as a laborer for some carpenters. I did it in summers and chunks of winters through college. He was one of the crew I'd ride in with every day. He was a 50 year old middle school bully essentially. He was also a very small man (probably 5 foot even) and I think me being very large is part of why he zeroed in on me. Long story short, by the time I finally had enough I threatened him that we'd settle things when we got back to the shop. Beating him down would have been less than a challenge. He hit me with a line I'll never forget "You can try, but I'll show ya how a pistol makes a big man small". He eased up a bit after that but only a little and I stopped working with that crew a few weeks later.
Physical labor advertised on things like craigslist, facebook marketplace etcetera. Works best for start up cash but you can evolve it into landscaping, moving, hauling, scrapping etcetera. Or any business really, just where you get the seed money.
