Oh great, some wildly overpriced and underperforming GPUs.
Edit: went looking at Intel’s desktop GPUs and found this gem:
Powerful AI Engines
Unlock new AI experiences with up to 233 TOPS of AI engine performance for content creation, real-time AI chat, editing, and upscaled gaming.3
And checked out the specs for performance of Intel’s top cards (B580/A770) against a basic 3080 card (no OC/TI, whatever) and the intel cards ranked well below the older 3080, and weren’t even in the ballpark against upper tier 4- and 5- series Nvidia cards. Plus missing features like DLSS, etc.
Good enough for non-FPS dependent gaming? Sure. Can’t beat the price, I was wrong about that. Want to play high-FPS demanding twitch gaming? No.
Absolutely. And if the AI market takes a hit it will barely affect a government contracted space program that will get a taxpayer funded bailout if it has any trouble at all.
You forget how thoroughly demonized the democrats have been, both by opponents and even by supporters (deservedly in some cases). So just assume that when someone says “worse than Biden” just assume they’re centrist or nearly so, or just some selfish and short-sighted ass who found a leopard eating their face.
Because they made themselves deliberately hysterical over the made up potential idea that democrats might do something to the election like election fraud after they themselves attempted it and after they ranted about voter fraud when they were constantly getting caught doing it.
So they went ahead and did it because in their made up world the dems were all crooked so they figured it was fine if they did it first.
Not necessarily phrases, but some words or actions. I personally find it irritating AF. Like every time I do (action), my brain reminds me to do (action) a certain way even though I know how to do it.
Since trump got elected that seems to be all they have. Biden, like him or not, actually had some decent policy. Yes, yes…could have done a lot better, but it was more than “we’re not trump”.
But since trump won? They’ve caved on pretty much everything.
There’s a difference between a movie you want to go see in a theater and the film assigned as classwork by a professor.
Same as if you were told you had to read a book by an author you don’t care for in a writing style that doesn’t click with you snd maybe even from a different time with framing that doesn’t exist today.
It’s work.
Maybe desire to play with a phone and use social media might be an issue, but at least some of these same kids that have a hard time sitting through a film would have doodled, started falling asleep or just daydreamed instead.
Christ. Can’t people just have fun camping, tying knots, and doing a little community service?
