seeing replit refer to itself as a "Vibe coding service" kinda hurts 😔 that site taught me to code.
when they got rid of the hacker plan i thought they couldn't ruin it any further. but clearly i just didn't know big a hole they could dig. i can't even access anyone's repls now.
also:
“The [AI] safety stuff is more visceral to me after a weekend of vibe hacking,” Lemkin said. I explicitly told it eleven times in ALL CAPS not to do this. I am a little worried about safety now.”

...i'm fully convinced this is going to be what causes the fall of our civilization.
I feel like crowdfunding ads to broaden the Fediverse's reach is a strategy that would actually work great for Pixelfed, Peertube, and Funkwhale since they're content focused. But for the forum and microblog like Fedi platforms such as Lemmy it doesn't really make sense they're more people focused.
Reddit didn't need to run ads to get to it's size, the network effect did that for it.
people always mention blender when talking about good ux in open source software, but i feel like the godot game engine doesn't get enough love. it's miles above of unity in terms of intuitiveness for me personally. plus it's entirely customisable since it's built in godot itself.
lol i was about to say that too. i think its dialog was: "Am I Boolean? True or false."
