  • It was, we shall say, unpleasant! I was taking a nap back in 2019, and I suddenly wake up to spitting out shards. Go to my main dentist, she says "Yeah, you'll have to see our surgeon". Which takes a month. I see the surgeon. 5 minutes at most "Yeah we can't do that shit here, here's a referral." A week later, go in. "Yeah, we'll surgery you, probably late January. Maybe late February.

    But what about the sharp pointy bits in my mouth? They got those rounded off so they wouldn't cut my mouth (the tooth wasn't fully still in my jaw, it had a tiny part through the gum).

    What about pain? IDK. Didn't hurt, shockingly like that. For the surgery itself they only gave me the big ibuprofen after insinuating I was a druggy, then felt bad when I explained I just wanted the big ibuprofen cause taking a handful of small ones makes my stomach sick.

    I could make that side of my jaw click which turns out. Jaws should not do that.

  • One of mine came in sideways like that. Shattered in my jaw eventually. Had it removed right before everything closed down from covid.

  • I use to eat black olive by the can and sour cream by the spoonful. Also fresh tomatoes are disliked by some but man. My garden fresh tomatoes are amazing.

  • Toms River isn't south. I'm reading what you're writing, but I've never heard the weird elongated o you're putting in.

    I also don't have any jersey accent though, despite being here my entire life, and that's backed up with people from other states hearing it.

    Other than cursing a lot when talking.

    But north jersey is its own weird little world I guess.

  • I take photos of the insects, send them to my bird scientist friend, and she tells me if they are beneficial bugs or invasive or bad for the tomatoes. Only if they're invasive or specifically bad for tomatoes do I squish.

  • Same with making ketchup! Just buy the cheap ketchup, it's still better and less time consuming! I also agree with the sourdough. I prefer soft white breads over sourdough.

  • All food based Pokémon. I think that was a gym though? Lady with a cafe though, had a fidough maybe? Me and my Pokémon would be just trying to have a garden, give out food to travelers. We'd all be objecting to being a gym leader lol.
