That sounds awfully like the one large underlying factor is “don’t be poor”. The things that make you less likely to have a heart attack are being slim, eating a lot of fruit, and drinking champagne and white wine. Basically, be a well-off person who eats well, keeps in shape, and can afford a gym membership and a constant supply of champagne. Big surprise
