Obama explicitly campaigned to the left by advocating for policies to make thing better, hence that whole last bit. Whether his presidency veered more towards the right is immaterial to the point at hand.

Because we're not talking about the presidency, that's you moving the goalposts. This is about the campaigns that were run (and lost!) by democratic candidates despite your incorrect assertion that campaigning right is necessary to win.
I mean… trying to win over moderate, independent, and anti-Trump Republican voters seems like a reasonable approach given the way the current voting system works.
How many elections must they fail to win before it finally becomes obvious that, no, it is not a reasonable approach.

That's what I'm doing. The pain of my childhood will not be passed on as more generational trauma.
I had a similar childhood, and had minimal contact in the last 10-15 years of her life. My mom ended up homeless and would have died on the street if her brother wasn't willing to take her in. It was my fault she ended up homeless, because I moved out and stopped being the parent in the relationship.
I never want my child to feel about me the way my mother made me feel about her, and I'm doing the hard work to make myself a better person and parent than what I was taught to be.

I know a couple doctors and have worked for multiple clinics and got to roam the back offices, and your assertions are nothing like what I experienced, even if I don't have 123 graduate degrees that are #1 in all fields or whatever.
Schools are funded by property taxes, but property taxes aren't only used for property taxes, they get used for all sorts of things. Hell, my former state at one point added a certain amount from the lottery to the school funding, then promptly took away that much from property tax funding to pay for some other dumb thing.

That's only by default, since all apps in a container share a network. I got this working with my *arr stack using multiple containers by manually creating a shared network in the console, then adding that network to each compose file. Works like a dream.
