Great as an assistant for boring tasks. Still needs checking. Can also help suggest improvements, but still needs checking. Have to learn when to stop interacting with it and do it yourself.
Multi dwelling houses: a house with a central living area and apartments of different sizes linking in to it. The central area has a big kitchen, dining, play area, halls link it to a 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed apartments each with a little kitchen as well.You can be on your own in your apartment or go use the big kitchen, join trivia night, etc
I love bandcamp as a consumer. They let me listen a few times to a song, if I like it I purchase and own it for a dollar or two, and the artist gets most of that.
