  • I usually kept all the doors in my house open so the cats had freedom to roam. I went out one day having mindlessly closed the door between the front room and the back of the house. When I got back a few hours later, Percy had tore a hole in the carpet and was still going for it. When I opened the door, he went and settled on the bed. I still have that hole to this day.

  • I love Eclipse for Java and QtCreator for C++/Qt. Eclipses auto-complete switched between psychic and psychotic at times but its integration with tools such as git and gradle is second to none. I never drunk the Jetbrains koolaid.
