  • I kinda know what you mean... I used to not think anything weird about seeing an American flag, sometimes it even made me feel patriotic. Now when I see a car with an American flag sticker I assume the person driving probably has a loaded gun and is desperate to get into an argument about something

  • They have! For the most part you don't even notice mosquitoes biting you until after they're long gone, the part that itches is from the mosquitoes saliva that is left behind! They have evolved to the point that you should never even feel them sticking their proboscis into you so if you actually catch one biting you it's probably because something went wrong or you just happened to see it land

  • The DOGE found that there were $50 million dollars of tax money going to Gaza. Some small part of that apparently has to do with condoms, so they're using it as justification that all government grant programs should be halted immediately. This will effect people's jobs, schools, and numerous other programs beneficial to the American public, but it's ok because they stopped the condoms

  • I've never orderes from AliExpress, but I considered buying from Temu a few times. Every time something popped up in an add that looked good it told me I had to download the app first, and then app kept trying to get me to buy other things instead of what I came there for. This is why now I refuse to buy from any website that makes me download an app to even see what they have for sale.

    I've never had any issues with eBay, and I've used it a bunch.
