  • I got certifications, communication skills, and I research every company I'm lucky enough to get an interview for. You hiring? I would be a star employee.

    Question, how do you suggest writing resumes that involve the company mission? I can't think of something that doesn't involve having AI tailor your resume or throwing keywords around in the summary (which those never work). I try to tailor cover letters to places I'm applying to.

  • I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to go from frontend developer/designer to project manager. My advice is to look for certifications that are respected in the field and then acquire them.

  • I eat better (when I had money). No fast food, I only drink alcohol every couple of months, and avoid harmful drugs. Going to bed early I see it as a luxury. I walk instead of driving. My go to beverages are ice water, cold brew black coffee, and occasionally soy milk.

    I'm fucking miserable.

  • He has a devoted fan base which serves as his political base. They would be upset. Furthermore, look at the assassination of Charlie Kirk as an example. Right wing influencers would use his death to further their own goals and for self promotion. He would become a martyr.

    For the record I hate the guy and he took my job.

  • I lost my frontend web developer and designer job being a government contractor after Trump got elected in May 2025. I was making 6 figures. Now the only work I can find is fulfilling online orders for a grocery store. I've been trying to get into project management. I have a PMP, PMI-ACP, and PSM I. I'm 40 and worried about becoming homeless if I can't pay my mortgage.
