Like any good question: It depends (on the setup). I usually game(d) on the monitor closest to the PC because i would sit in the middle of the desk with the monitors offset to the opposite side of the PC—this obviously meant the monitor nearest the PC was in the middle and therefore my most natural primary monitor.

One of my old jobs had a points-based attendance system. I was late, a point is a point, so i called-in in the parking lot and went back home.
Another time i was over the threshold of points (7 12s baybeee). Once you're over the allowable threshold, but important enough that they won't fire you, suddenly points don't mean anything.Called-in more than a couple times. Fuck 'em.
