Apparently they're naturally green/yellow but budgies are parakeets and they come in every color you can imagine, my favorite one was almost completely white/the palest blue.
There was a local law coming up that essentially said that landlords would be required to fix properties within a 3 month period (I think) or the county would seize the property and auction it to the public, then whoever buys it would have the same amount of time or same thing. I could see it being abused somehow but it sounded good on paper.
Depends where you're at, my family doesn't like the eye-towel-yans for some bizarre reason I've never been able to find out, but I guess that would be expecting racism to make sense.
So glad that I choose to drive, I love having a depreciating asset that costs 25% of my income when it's running properly to drive nearly an hour to work every day (and almost get murdered several times).
That's a different tree, we have (because we plant it) the Callery pear which smells like sperm and a bloody nose combined, they chose it because of the root size and height and I guess they also couldn't smell.
I once contacted their support cause I sent my "marker" in for warranty, they're like oh yeah unfortunately your chunk of metal is um (probably in their museum) but nothing we can do for you except ship you our top of the line brand new model... Dang you guy's really screwed me.
Sega released many "sonic clones" already, so probably.
