  • Ackchyually, that's not writing. If the bear did as they said the page should say "you" or "bunny/rabbit".

  • I thought it never left? They just didn't show the number of dislikes to anyone other than the channel who made the video (without plugins, revanced etc).

  • you're*

    Come on, it's not hard.

  • This thread showed up like it was meant for me in this very moment as I'm currently laying in my sofa and blasting this on high volume and drowning in the vibe:

Afro Celt Sound System - Volume 2: Release (Real World Gold)

Haven't heard anything truly like it so I think it fits the thread.

This album has been with me since my childhood. My mom used to house sit this crazy special house during the summers around 1998-2005 that belongs to a clay sculpture artist, my mom discovered this band there and loved this album especially. It was mostly my mom, me (born 1990) and my little sister (born 1992) in the middle of the woods all summer break in this absolutely dream like house, it's something out of a movie really.A lot of the house was built by the artist dude, with tons of handmade clay sculptures, mosaics, wooden details of animals and twisted tree logs built into the structure. The sides of the road through the woods to the house was filled with totem poles, human-ish figures and other sculptures. We just enjoyed the woods and the house, made clay art and nice food, went bathing in the river and took care of the garden. There are so many deeply connected smells, sounds, sights and feelings in me to that house, it really affected me in a great way.I so wish I could post photos of it but I have no contact with the owner and don't want to do it without his permission.

  • Willing and able, which isn't the case for any of those people.

    No, fuck you.

  • I think you meant to reply to the comment about him being only four.

  • Ah, the 'Murican stereotype of ignoring the fact that a person might not be American. You just default to believing everyone online is in the US and it never stops being both hilarious and infuriating. You're doing a great job at proving Americans are dumb as fuck.

  • Live in an apartment: you don't have to think about it.

Though I can't say how it works everywhere, but here in Sweden all apartment buildings have trash rooms or separate "houses" with bins for everything (food waste, plastics, metal, glass etc). And many have areas of those rooms, or separate rooms, for leaving stuff that isn't broken so others can take what's there. About half my furniture, electronics and other random stuff are from those. I often check mine and the one where my mom lives and have a friend group chat for sharing what we find and don't want ourselves. It's also pretty common to collect stuff there and transport it to places where it's given to people in need, stuff like clothing, entertainment (books, board games, dvds etc.), kitchen ware and so on.

  • I thought this was obvious from the start.

  • I can't say I'm deep enough into knowledge about this to deny I have been brainwashed by big poop knife. But I generally keep my showering and pooping separate, I generally poop more often than I shower. Maybe eating less fiber and getting to a one big poop a day schedule and doing that while showering is the correct way of life.

  • Yes, and I've found the need for it more and more the older I get. Always better this have one and not need it than the other way around!

  • I'm very glad to have shown you the light, praise be on your further deuce dropping adventures!

  • Pretty sure that's for a different purpose. A poop knife is for when you drop logs too big that they clog the toilet, you just slice them up a bit and down they go! I don't think using this to mush them would be as effective and satisfying, this would also definitely be harder to wash clean.

  • What the fuck us wrong with your family? I have never once heard anyone ask that question. Close to everyone loves pizza, no matter their age.

  • The whole thing is a flared base!

  • Except it's been talked about everywhere all day. And I'm not even American.

  • I was so sure it was around the time that covid began. I still just can't believe it was this year, this feels like some Mandela effect shit (I don't actually believe in that, just saying it it feels).

  • I've had that issue in several ways. Of course what you said, had an extension cord with a switch below my desk and I kept accidentally hitting that switch in the same way, lived in an apartment some years ago that had some shitty electrical work done by the previous tenant and if I had enough lamps on while my computer and screen where on and I tried to plug in my phone or turn the TV on the circuit popped, and most recently I've been playing games via cloud streaming (Shadow) and my Ethernet cable has lost the security tab thingy on both ends and I keep accidentally moving other cables so they touch the Ethernet cable and it falls out. Most of the time I can just put it back in an reconnect to the cloud computer but sometimes it just refuses to do that so the cloud computer shuts down before I'm able to get it working. Lost several hours of progress in various games throughout the past couple of years, but I never buy anything new unless it's absolutely needed so I just live with and accept it '^^
