I and so many others in a similar situation have a lot of time but not a lot of money, it doesn't matter if a game has 2000+ hours of playtime, we just can't afford $70+ as a once time purchase.
Most European countries have 10G, it's nit about the country size. And it's mostly in the cities anyway, which just completely remove the "the US is too big" defence.
It's the one game I've been the most excited about for many years, but I can't play it until it has native controller support. I can't play with KB/M due to back pain, I've tried several mappings/layouts and mods (like knapster) but it just feels bad and even after forcing myself to get comfortable and playing around with everything it never gets to a point where it's a major hurdle for just enjoying the game.
As far as I know it'll het controller support sometime in the future though, so I'm patiently waiting and am still very excited to dive into it once that happens!

If it was a solved problem it would be widely used, but it isn't. Ever looked at the reports of starlink speeds? It's not reliable at all, everything other than a fully clear sky with cold weather (meaning less moisture and particles in the air) affects the communication. It physically can't be a good or better alternative to fiber (or anything else that isn't wireless).

Never buy fresh berries that you aren't going to eat the same day or the day after. Frozen berries are easy to thaw well and are more than good enough for most things.
