A point that says it's wrong to compliment somebody without complimenting a whole bunch of other people is a non-point. It's plain that the real point is the popular notion that nothing positive should happen to anyone who isn't downtrodden, because they already have too many positives and don't deserve another one. If a kid gets a compliment for drawing a picture of the sun and some clouds, looking up her family's net worth and making it a class war issue is just childishly petty.

Starting a search with "define:" has always searched for the word definition and still does. Apparently "disregard" has become a reserved word. Reserved words exist in all sorts of computer languages, but a non-programmer might find them odd. There are a few things you can't ask Alexa for the same reason, but with Alexa (or any voice input) I don't think you can specify a colon after a word - unless there's some documented way I don't know about.
I felt the same way when I started messing with Arduino/ESP and 3d printing 8 or 9 years ago. Each was a whole new world of technology to explore that made me feel like I was back in high school or college. Except no exams and no bedtime!
Once? Things like this happen to me all the time when there's a lot of traffic. Sometimes you can't get there til all the people who don't need to get there get there.
As an aside, are there real L-shaped traffic light stacks? I've always seen them with the arrow at the bottom. The direction of the arrow makes it perfectly understandable without putting it off to the side. But I could imagine a traffic light company marketing these.
That's binary thinking. Litter on the roadside doesn't justify calling roads a junkyard and dismissing the idea of cleaning them up, let alone treating littering as social activism because you heard Elon Musk hates litter, or some other misdirected motive.
It's a Golden Age for corporate execs right now - no matter how they fuck up everybody will blame it on AI.
