  • "Moltar!?!?!?!?!?. Get off the internet!"

  • If I sue the IRS for 10 Billion, do I get to not pay taxes also?

  • "...they called it insider trading."

File this one under 'no shit, sherlock'.

  • If trump is counting:

1 for you, 1 for me

    2 for you, 1 2 for me

    3 for you, 1 2 3 for me

  • The universe created us to bear witness to itself.

  • Of course. Don't you know cleaning that up costs money? What's a few million dead people vs 1% more profit this quarter?

  • AI is not the end all be all. Its 1 tool. Its really good at comparinglarged data sets. Astronomers have been using this tech to continually analyze changes in the sky for a long time and its really good at it.

But AI is not inventive or creative. It regurgitates soluyions, and not always correctly

  • I bought a used pixel and did my 1st grapheneOS install just a while back. I used to flash phones with OG images like Aesop many years ago. Honestly, the Graphene install was a few clicks and so easy I was sure I messed it up.... But it was really that easy.

Just follow the how to and you'll have no problems as long as your pixel isn't OEM locked.

  • My local grocery has black bean burger patties. Grill it up, on a bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, ketchup...... Damn fine burger

  • Soon they will require proof of these systems in older cars to get registration. Watch.

They will bring back inspections for surveillance but not for emissions.

  • And let's not forget, its also great for the source of the meat.

  • How about Sinbad Jr.

  • Basically, if they went with IBM and it broke, its IBM's fault

If they went open source and it broke, its our fault for picking it.

  • No one ever gets fired for buying IBM or Microsoft. I remember years ago I put together a plan for all opensourced, mature software on Linux hosts for my company. Would have saved us 6 figures in coats. They went with microsoft's crappy solution instead because it was Microsoft.

  • By Odin's beard.... Ill have to switch to a new distro. Avoiding AI shit is one of the main reasons to use linux

  • This was the exact plot of Silicon Valley when Son of Anton deleted the entire codebase as the most efficient way to remove bugs.

  • This is true for any company using 3rd party services. I worked for one that used a 3rd party messaging service to send out mfa texts to users. The company was hacked and went offline, so we couldnt send any mfa codes.... and of course, they had no plan b.

In business, always have a backup

  • I had 1 employer ask for transcripts. I told him my university does not keep transcripts for students over 30 ago.... archived records can be searched for a large fee with no guarantee records would be found. So i told them no transcripts. They hired me anyway.

  • Actually, businesses need this to control AI use, log requests, be CMMC compliant, etc.

The proxy to multiple backends is intetesting.
