  • I figured the whole point was to steal that other billionaires idea, then steal a name and say I did it so give me props. (Mark Cuban, couldn't think of his name)

  • Yes. That's how things like that work. Similar to things like the playstore, or app store and such. Apple/Google/Klarna pays for the product, you pay Apple/Google/Klarna back for the product via whatever means, Mastercard, Visa etc that you attach to their store. If they don't receive the money from you, your account goes into bad standing with Apple/Google/Klarna, not with whoever they bought the product from, because they received their payment. So if you put a stop on the payment from your bank, it will also put your account in bad standing as owing money for a product you "already received". It's a shit way to do things, having a middle person, but to avoid such.. don't buy things through a middleman.

Want say "Paramount plus", buy it from Paramount, not using another service who takes it out of your bank because you gave them permissions to upon using their service.

Thousands of people run into issues because of things like this daily.

  • Yes, you are right. The private business they gave the money to bought it for them.

  • Maybe root the device and turn it into a pi-hole server, may not be the best way to do it, but it'd be a fun project and you can limit the ads on your network while just leaving it sitting near your router

  • I assume because they received the payment through the private business, not directly from their bank.

  • They've been doing this shit for years. Until you charge the people doing it with treason, convict them. And sentence them to life in prison, or as Arkansas believes in the death penalty, nothing will change. Send them both to the electric chair, and poof, people will say "maybe I shouldn't do that."

And a lot more conservatives will say, hey wait... The death penalty might not be fair. For all the wrong reasons. The death penalty is unfair because you may have charged someone innocent with murder. Intentionally subverting a democracy is 100% to treason. No doubts.

Did you run for a position you already have to manipulate the system set up by a democratic Republic. Yes. Guilty

  • It's probably because they don't wait after eating before they go in the pool.

  • Every right you have is determined by the government systems you live under. If they declare no food goes to anyone in your town, and anyone who provides them food or grows food there will be executed on site... Politics just determined you don't get food.

I don't speak for everyone, that's how the world works. You can't even choose to just leave your government system either, unless you find another government system willing to take you.

  • Politics isn't religion, sports, or a hobby. Politics are what decide if you get to have the choice of religion, sports, or hobbies. Politics decide how many hours/days people must work, and if people get to eat, or even live for that matter.

  • I remember Mac OS X having an issue with its mail app awhile back that would create massive log files continuously that would keep generating until they filled the entire drive. You would have to boot to a recovery partition or such because the OS partition wouldn't have enough room to expand/boot and remove them and fix the issue.

Imagine having 130 terabytes of invisible log files

  • Yeah the rennet is some kind of enzyme. Apple cider vinegar sounds great. I saw a 75% off organic honey a few months ago coming from Kroger's distribution hub. So I got like 30 pounds of it. I made about 20 pounds of it into mead using champagne yeast and random fruits that were in season. Always fun to have simple idle projects sitting in the background. Gives you something to look forward too.

  • Yeah, I forgot to add it, but it's not always needed. Rennet is used in things like mottz, but even then unless I am trying to make something I'll serve to others I'm probably going to skip the rennet and just use an acid, I've even used salad dressings to start the curdling. I'm not very conventional when it comes to cooking. A "fuck it, this should work out interesting" is all to often my go to.

On a side note though, not using the rennet works well if your trying to make a cheese dip, as it isn't usually as firm.

  • Somewhat safer. Step one of making cheese is usually heating up the milk, so that can kill things on its own, then you are going to mix in an acid to get it to curdle probably lemon juice or something. Salt is often added as well. Once you've separated the curds and the whey, you end up having to age the cheese, and there are requirements for aging to ensure the possible bad bacteria sits with the salt for a while, say a couple months. It limits or gets rid of most of the possibility of things like salmonella growing in it. Soft cheeses I hear are more at risk than hard cheeses when it comes to raw milk. (More air I assume, less compact to the salt)

  • Did a lot of looking into it, step 1 for me was always buy a different phone, or try seeing if a different ROM would work, and make the documentation for others..none of which came out to be 5 clicks, and not knowing if my phone will receive calls is a deal breaker if you actually work.

  • Someone wrote down hearsay passed down through stories for years and then translated it multiple times and people argue interpretations...

And that's going off the idea that it was true to begin with... Which most of it logically wouldn't occur.

If you stone women for having sex out of wedlock, she didn't get pregnant from a sky person, shes just trying to not get stoned

  • I'm not sure but Ron Livingston was alright in it

  • I guess they are arguing the Scouts arent educational or work. As both work and education have laws banning discrimination based on sex if they receive federal funding.
