The AR15 is just cute if it comes to battling the US armed forces. Anyone thinking they can have an insurrection by not taking over the army, but instead having civilians with AR15's fighting the US armed forces (or even the police forces) is just... Cute. Also, again, insurrections require less weapons and more planning, connections, popularity, that sort of thing.

But to answer your question, theres intentionally no list of citizens. The only way to verify that they can vote is registration, unless you want a passport or birth cert or whatever
Half the problem is who killed who, who was a combatant, who was a civilian, who was a human shield, etc. And theres so much misinformation it makes it impossible to shift through.
You live in Illnois? (Its the only midwest state with a min wage even approaching 15 dollars an hour) Try finding a job outside Chicago, preferably some sort of trade. Youll get your feet under you.
I should just go on a road trip again. Every time I get on the highway by myself, and I see that open road, I think about how I could just go and take another road trip.
Fortunately, I got a trip to the grand canyon lined up for this fall, if all goes well.
