If you don't know who Wesley and the Traveler are, you're probably not going to get the meme anyway. Do you go to every community with memes you don't understand and complain they didn't give you context? Why is it any different that the Alt text doesn't explain the context than any given meme not explaining the context. (Yes, it's for the visually impaired using screen readers.
