  • well Milli Vanilli being a fraud is quite on point for anything this regime does

  • I don't really believe it but more importantly I do not care... she can spend her last few days on Earth testifying and/or in jail

This is, most likely IMO, some bs made up so she can weasel out of accountability

  • sorry

  • Why? was she trying to eat the dog?

  • You'd have to have intelligence to sell first... you dollar store con man

  • I wonder how Fox Mews is going to spin it when the orange pedo starts drooling over the UFC fighters and starts telling them how sexy and gorgeous they are...

  • got lucky with a startup and sold his stake for a decent sum

He didn't get lucky... him and others bamboozled investors into buying Loopt which was never functional, once sold, it shut down in months. Exactly what he is doing right now

Early days discussion (what I am referencing here) starts at 2:15

  • ... and again no evidence of these biweekly protests that are totally happening

  • Yes but that is the case as MS is shoving Copilot down everyone's throat, the question is whether they are making money with Copilot or not and the answer to that would be "no" since the moment MS wants a single extra $1 for Copilot, clients say no

  • Buddy, you claimed, with no source, that there are protests twice a month. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt but would like some evidence of your claim

  • Actually no... a few months ago, it was deduced from MS public reporting that something like less than 1% of their customers are actually paying for Copilot (there is a free version they are pushing on everyone)

And even those paying are still not covering the cost of running AI for MS... so far, MS has done nothing but lose money on Copilot... they are only making money on stocks because of the hype and some money on forcing people to buy new hardware

  • We’ve repeatedly hit record high turnout during Presidential cycles, even in the face of widespread disenfranchisement.

If you are referring to voter turn out, still the largest group belongs to those who could but did not vote

Far more than two. They’re heavily underreported, but I see (and periodically participate in) marches and rallies at Houston City Hall twice a month, easy.

Happy to fill my brain with this good news if you can provide any source

    Slacktivism Will Save Us

Definitely would be more efficient than just slacking...

    Dude, please touch some grass

As soon as your rapist dictator stops killing people around the world, I will take a day off... I know this is likely not something that causes you ANY concern but in this last year, literally tens of thousands of people have been slaughtered by your country's actions with not even a flimsy justification for it

  • The problem in the US isn’t apathy. ICE doesn’t seem apathetic. The military doesn’t seem apathetic. Silicon Valley doesn’t seem apathetic. Wall Street doesn’t seem apathetic. The billionaire class is engaged and has financed an enormous army of brownshirts to flatten dissent.

Yes, those are acting... the apathetic ones are the US Voters as OP pointed out

Meanwhile, people are fighting and dying on the streets. Parades of people march in opposition. Blossoming networks of activists inform on and undermine the state. Lone wolves even take pot shots at the President.

There have been 2 large marches... on weekends. For the first one, the rapist king literally send a video shitting on the protesters, that should have made it clear a weekend protest would mean nothing.

Yes, some Minnesotans did rally harder, not on weekends, and weakened ICE stance... maybe the rest of the country should learn from them and not wait until it's literally life or death as Minnesotans did

Even if the people of the USA who claim to hate this regime bothered to do a free act en mass, like closing your Meta and Xitter accounts, it would be noticeable... alas, nothing of significance can be done and all we (the rest of the world) get from Americans is some victim complex cry

  • As long as they are clearly marked as AI-generated

As clearly labeled as all the food products are?

They will not label them properly because that won't sell; if they happen to be labeling now, they will stop in the future. This is the entire "vote with your wallet" strategy they know they have control over since they will obfuscate all the valuable information we need to make informed decisions.

  • So you’re saying AI is not replacing jobs at all?

Honestly, there is little evidence that it actually has (successfully).

Of course, anything at a world wide scale will be true at some percentage; however, I doubt AI has actually replaced the labour of many. Even Meta gave up on pretending this and they are now firing people just to free money to pour on AI, not because AI is actually replacing those people

  • they will stop using it the second it's no longer free... and it cannot be free forever because the bubble has to pop at some point

sad that it will take this long but here we are

  • So they are "shielding" themselves from a reputation drop by making an incredibly naked attempt and pushing the price to the roof so nobody wants it?

I mean, come on... if they had increased it $20 by $20 until nobody wants it, I would buy your hypothesis, but this is like pooping on my Director's desk while he is in the office to get fired

How is this less blatant than just announcing they are cancelling life time subscriptions? or even better, just removing the option without any announcement?

  • then why not just do that? who are they pretending to fool?
