  • The University of British Columbia engineering department did that like 15 or 20 years ago. They may have released a bunch of their information that might be useful for when you retire.

    Sounds like a great plan

  • Exactly the kind of thing I would like to do an ev restomod on

  • This could literally be a conversation with my friends right now. (The issue not the words used here)

So much so that I will NOT be sharing this with them or I risk adding fuel to the fire

  • Mine didn't even last 2 months under a screen protector. I didn't even get a cheap price on a cheap screen. I got rid of the phone since it cost too much to replace. They said it wasnt a common part, if it had been a Samsung or iPhone it would have been closer to 50 to replace.

  • 35 $CAD

    Welcome to Vancouver pricing

  • The screen on my 6T broke and it was 500 dollars to fix it. Also their pricing is no longer worth it.

Not sorry to see them go away anymore

  • That would be 35$ or more here (including drink)

  • Is much rather the US just openly revolt. Get it over with already and stop dragging everyone through this shitshow with them

  • Gold Schlager 4 bag? Is what my brain did at first

  • You are, but you aren'5 protected from them being judged if you share them. You made a disgusting statement that is kinda horrible and hurtful to anyone who happens to have been born with blue eyes.

Opinions are sometimes offensive. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all as I was taught. Just because you can share an opinion doesn't mean you should. But you do have every right to have an opinion, like everyone else

  • That's a pretty big bias there. And irrational at such broad strokes go

  • Thanks for the response!

    Im not triggered though lol.

I just think generational is a trope in and of itself and is losing its meaning through over use

I agree with that but only from a cultural perspective, not if someone is talking generations of a family or in regards to heredity/family

  • I've already admitted I don't know... The accusation that Lemmy doesn't know what a totenkopf is is the entire reason I responded in the first place.

  • Yes yes it did look like many versions of what I would answer to as a jolly roger

  • Guy I knew, older fellow, grew up under Nazi Germany.

Local butcher and his wife were killing nazis and grinding them up into sausages to get rid of them. The whole town ate nazis sausage without knowing it for months

  • Oh interesting, as something of a pedant myself, I didn't see anything wrong with it, what would be the difference in your eyes?

  • I'm not justifying a god damned thing, im saying I don't know what makes it one thing and not the other. And apparently you can't either since you won't just answer the fucking question.

Given that I very much agree with punching nazis a d have since I learned of them, knowing someone who literally ate nazis in the form of sausages, and I had never heard the word before platner, it's not as well recognized as you are claiming it to be.

That's it that's it's not that easily identified regardless of how you feel about it.

For fucks sake man stop being an asshole about this
