I'd swap the sambuca for 50/50 Galliano and vodka (to match the proof), and keep the Kahlua. When you're riffing close enough to keep part of the name, you should keep part of the drink.
Galliano is herbal and sharp like anissettes, but just different because of the herbs used, including significant vanilla notes, which should go with the Kahlua
Using pine for flavoring is not weird, it just sounds like Scandinavia must not use as many/as dangerous chemicals on their trees. I imagine they wouldn't have to, because every tree can be a Christmas tree up there lol
Forget ponds, I prefer a coastal ecosystem in the upper coastal intertidal zone between land and open saltwater or brackish water that is regularly flooded by the tides.
