I don't know any specific cases, but one thing I've heard that police (at least in Brazil) will just laugh at and ignore, is when a man is the victim of an abusive partner.
Of course, it's nowhere as common as men being the violent/abusive partner, but it happens, yet "society" will effectively say "grow a pair"
The longleg spiders in my house stay around the ceiling near one of the windows, plenty of moths show up every once in a while. Also a bunch of tiny, pencil lead sized flying things.
There's also that another apocrypha of him and Plato. Plato once sarcastically claimed that men were "featherless bipeds". Diogenes later showed up with a chicken, whose feathers had been plucked, "Here is Plato's man!"
Some nitter instances might work. This one did. Not a shitshow at all, especially as she didn't say that "bug reports aren't constructive feedback"
Everyone in my mentions saying Safari is the worst, it’s the new IE… Can you point to specific bugs & missing support that frustrate you, inhibit you making websites/apps. Bonus points for links to tickets. Specifics we can fix. Vague hate is honestly super counterproductive."
There's plenty of bug reports in there and she's behaving how I'd expect a developer to: by asking further questions and version use for stuff that should be fixed. Didn't see any point where she lost her temper in any way
You're a hacker (only if you count the shit I program as hacks, being hack jobs)
You can fix printers
You're some sort of super sherlock for guessing the reason behind problems (they'll tell you "my computer is giving me an error", fail to provide further details and fume at your inability to guess what's wrong when they fail to replicate)
Commenting on the title alone: I thought they were doing that already since the beginning. I don't say that just as someone who's bitter about never being called even for a fucking face-to-face interview, but because I've seen people who actually are great at their work never getting any returns on their applications.
Nah, the ultra rich assholes would still want to wipe their asses with all the resources in the world, just to ensure "the poor and undesirables" don't get to use it before them.
Just yesterday, I was helping this manager set up a new system of ticket line (the kind where you get a ticket number and wait for it to be called in a panel). He complained that they didn't have a proper printer just for these tickets, so he made the tickets in excel and printed them. To the right of the number, someone would mark the service, from a list of 6.
"Why not use a single letter prefix and print different piles of passwords? (A01, A02, A03; B01, B02, etc)"
That'll use too much paper. We'll also need more tickets than before
"That will use less paper, you can print 2 tickets using the same space. Also, the amount of tickets always depends on the number of people that show up, but you'll have a better idea of which service is being needed each day"
Mr manager didn't like the idea and moved on to another problem.
